Divorce & Separation

If you have recently divorced or separated, or are considering separating, you may be concerned about your children’s well-being.

Sadly, divorce and separation are a fact of modern life. But they do not necessarily lead to years of emotional problems or lifelong dysfunction for children. There are ways of successfully navigating this incredibly difficult time for families.

The issues can be complex, from children or adolescents blaming themselves, to introducing new partners. If you feel you need help in dealing with the myriad of issues that can occur when a couple separate, don’t hesitate to seek the support you need.
